Early Head Start is a comprehensive full day full year education program for infants & toddlers

  • Must meet the federal poverty level income guidelines
  • No fee for this program

Head Start

3 & 4 years old

Head Start is either a nine month or full- day/full-year comprehensive education program

  • Income Verification
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Cards for all family members
  • Must meet the federal poverty level income guidelines
  • No fee for this program

Child Care

6 weeks to 12 years. 13 – 17 special needs

Early Childhood Education programs available full-day/

Grandparents choose their provider

  • Picture ID
  • Total Family Income
  • Parent must be working or in job training
  • Fees based on a sliding fee scale

"Give Me A Break"

0 to 12 years of age

Up to 24 hours of

child care to relieve parents during stressful or emergency situations

  • Must be in a stressful situation
  • No fee for this program

Grandparent

Respite

5 to 12 years of age

Respite child care services for grand-parents 65 years of age

Parents select any

licensed facility

  • Proof of guardianship
  • Grandparent raising a grandchild
  • No fee for this program

Before & After School Enrichment Program

Ages 5 to sixth grade

Educational Enrichment Program for school age children before & after school and during school breaks

  • Income Verification
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Cards for all family members
  • Picture ID
  • Total Family Income
  • Parent must be working
  • Fees are assessed based on a sliding fee scale

Title I Four Year Old Program

 

4 years of age by September 1

Early childhood education program.

Sites are located in the public schools

  • Must live in School Attendance Area
  • No fee for this program

Child Care Executive Partnership Program

 

 

 

6 weeks to 12 years of age

Employer supported Early Childhood Education program for their employees

  • Income Verification
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Cards for all family members
  • Must meet employers’ contract requirement
  • Fees are assessed based on contract
  • Must be current employee of the participating businesses
